The Digital Detox Group Session is a structured live program designed to help parents understand and manage their child’s mobile phone and screen usage. Conducted in a supportive group setting, it provides insights into how digital platforms influence behavior and why children become highly attached to screens.
This is a 5-day live session, held Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, allowing parents to learn step-by-step in a consistent and practical manner.
Through guided discussions and actionable strategies, parents are equipped with tools to set boundaries, improve communication, and create healthier daily routines at home. The group format also encourages sharing experiences and learning from other families facing similar challenges.
